Ranaut, Hashmi opt out of OUATIM sequel

Television Actress Ekta Kapoor has tasted the fruit of success with her last release Once Upon A Time in Mumbaai, which has completed 100 days last week. This encouraged the soap queen to go for a sequel of the film. In fact, director Milan Lutharia has already started work on the next film.

However, there is a rumor that the sequel will go ahead without the three lead stars in the original movie. Ajay Devgn’s character died in the first movie so his absence is justified. However, Emraan Hashmi was initially interested to be a part of the sequel but now he is also backing out from the project. Imran Hashmi has taken the decision following some recent changes in the script.

Kangna Ranaut is also going to give a miss to the sequel of OUATIM, which gave her so much of name and fame. The actress received positive reception from the audience and the critics because of her excellent performance. But, she has also backed out from the project unexpectedly.

Now, Ekta is left with her blue eyed girl Prachi Desai, who featured opposite Emraan in the movie. We hope, she does not ditch her mentor like other stars!

Following the exit of the three main characters of the original film, what will be the new strategy adopted by Balaji to make the second film as successful as the first one? Who will replace Emraan and Kangna’s character in the film and what will happen to Prachi’s character?

The film ended with the death of Ajay and rise of Emraan Hashmi so who will be able to do justice with Emraan and Kangna’s role because they are very crucial keeping in mind the storyline of the first movie.
